Explore Little Crickets at Park Nursery

Welcome to Park School Nursery, a nursery for children aged 3 months–5 years old, where curiosity, confidence and early learning are nurtured every day. We’re delighted to welcome your family into our warm, caring community.

Manager’s Welcome

As Nursery Manager and the setting’s SENCo, I’m proud to lead a team dedicated to creating a caring, inspiring environment where every child can thrive. I’ve been part of Park since we first opened our doors in 2008, and after nearly 18 years in the role, it’s still a joy to watch children grow in confidence as they move through each room of the nursery.

With a BA (Hons) in Primary Education, specialising in Early Years, and the National Award for SEN Coordination, I’m passionate about ensuring every child’s individual needs are understood and supported.

Outside of nursery life, you’ll often find me out running, I’ve even taken on the London Marathon, or enjoying some quiet time outdoors. I’m delighted to welcome you to Park Nursery and look forward to supporting your child’s journey with us.

Settling-In Sessions

We typically arrange three settling-in sessions during the week or two before your child starts, each lasting around an hour. The first session is a stay-and-play where parents remain with their child while we complete paperwork and begin getting to know you. The second session is a split visit, with parents staying for the first half and stepping out for the second. For the final session, we ask parents to drop off at the door, just as you will when your child officially begins.
